In addition, the machine and capsules work perfectly together. It recognizes the barcode of the capsule and thus adjusts the recipe such as the pressure, temperature and amount of water. There is a recycling container in every home, often in the cupboard under the sink. You collect the capsules here and we send them back to Nespresso. There, compost and biogas are made from coffee residues and the capsules are melted down into new capsules and other products. This way nothing is lost.
